The data collected as part of this survey is stored and used in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (law 78-17 of 06/01/78 amended by law 2004-801 of 06/08/04).

The data from the questionnaires is collected and processed on behalf of the client for general statistical studies by the survey mission partner.

When the survey is nominative, or intended to be used as part of a dialogue between the respondent and the survey sponsor, the respondent may request a copy of the summary document from the sponsor.

Participation is optional.

As part of their own statistical communication, anonymous comments and analyses may be publicly shared by the sponsor and the survey mission partners.

The sponsor and the survey mission partner commit to maintaining data confidentiality. Thus, personal data collected can only be transmitted to a third party with the respondent's express consent and in accordance with the agreement made with the client and/or partner.
